Experimental apparatus

Our experimental apparatus has been extensively described in previous works. Briefly, we prepare individually trapped ⁸⁷Rb and ¹³³Cs (hereafter Rb and Cs respectively) atoms in arrays of species-specific optical tweezers^53,
